Ooty officially known as Udhagamandalam is a city and a municipality in the Nilgiris district of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is a popular hill station located in the Nilgiri Hills. It is called Queen of Western Ghats. It was the summer capital of Madras Presidency.
